In 2000 auswall started the conception and development of the Bionicon “UP’N’DOWN technology” – a continuously adjustable air suspension system which allows an ergonomic body posture during mountain riding. Further a complete bike series consisting of aluminum, steel and carbon frames was geometrically and brand-specifically designed and developed for serial production.
The downhill scooter Mountainskyer scores with an ergonomic carrying system while going uphill and an optimized body posture while riding downhill.
In the field of e-mobility auswall has realized several test vehicles for Bosch. Already existing scooters were equipped with prototypes of engines, chassis and battery systems. Engine test benches were built for adjusting the driving characteristics of electric engines to human expectations.
A fully integrated smartphone mount for bikes was presented by Sony Mobile in 2015. auswall has developed and managed the project from the idea up to a small series production including the creation of a specific charging electronic.
