As we are engineers and industrial designers we are in charge of the product development process from concept via design, engineering until start of production. During the stage of research, we mainly focus on analyzing and proving product specific consumer behavior, competitive benchmarks and technological requirements to get a basis for further development. Content gained from the fields of ergonomics and technology are improving the following design process.
